If you are unsure about any of the steps below or would rather a professional install the gasket, please contact them before you start working on it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFirst, make sure the exhaust system, including the turbocharger and downpipe, is cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNext, remove the four bolts or nuts holding the downpipe to the turbocharger.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSlide out the old gasket and double-check that it is the same fitment as your brand new Exoracing 4-bolt gasket.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCheck the downpipe flange and turbocharger exhaust flange for warping, if they are not completely flat, then take them to a machine shop to resurface them.
