No matter if you want us to relip/rebarell your multi piece welded wheels to change their specification or lip size, simply reseal a leaking wheel or do anything inbetween... From custom machine work to a straightforward strip down, face colour change and rebuild - we can cater for it all.
A 2 or 3 piece wheel with hardware in good condition.
Advanced Wheel Strip Down:
A 2 or 3 piece wheel with rusty, snapped or rounded hardware where possible drilling or even sparking of existing hardware is required.
Welded Wheel Strip Down:
If the lip and barrell are welded together on your multi piece wheel and you wish to change either of the welded pieces but retain one of the other, then these will have to be cut apart by a machine shop.
Face brushed and laquered
A 2 piece wheel where the lip & barrel is one piece and the other piece is made up of the face. Ne sealant required.
Advanced Wheel Rebuild:
A 2 or 3 piece wheel which requires sealing up.
Ex Welded Wheel Rebuild:
If your wheel was a factory welded wheel with low amount of bolt holes to secure the face to the other pieces, there is a high chance you will need the face threaded to add extra hardware from the back to hold the wheel together adequately. Wheels such as VSKF require this service. We have 20 additional M6 holes CNC machined into the face.
Strip Down Options:
