Heat Reflective Sheet Installation Guide:

When installing our heat reflective sheet, the process is relatively straightforward; follow the easy 6-step guide below:

1. Make sure to thoroughly clean the surface when you are applying the gold or silver heat sheet. Any residue, such as oils, brake fluid, etc., can cause the self-adhesive glue to break down and not have the long-lasting application you want. A good product to use here is isopropol alcohol, as it will remove most residues that appear in engine bays.
2. Cut the reflective heat sheet to the desired size, which is easily done using scissors or any bladed cutting tool.
3. Peel off the backing paper to reveal the self-adhesive pressure glue on the back of the gold reflective sheets.
4. Line up the sheet with the area you wish to apply to, apply pressure with either your fingers or a tool such as a roller, and press firmly to activate the pressure glue.
5. You are now finished with the application, but we also offer this product in rolls for ease of use for piping, such as intercooler or intake piping.
6. If you need to clean the reflective once it is installed, use a cleaning spray such as glass cleaner to remove dirt or debris.

• Do not try to install it on porous surfaces, such as powder-coated intakes, as the glue has been designed to be installed on non-porous surfaces, such as bare aluminium or stainless.
