A refund will be processed excluding shipping costs.<br />All products arrive with a protective film, this is a very thin plastic vacuum sealed around the product to avoid the item sustaining any damage. Once removed you will notice the product does not have any scuffs or scratches.</p>

Lead time for the "Special Order" finishes is 10-12 weeks. All "Special Order" parts are made to order, non-returnable and non-refundable.
