Our fully re-calibrated engine management system, provides significant increases to both power and torque. This customised ECU mapping uses our bespoke software which has been developed on the road to improve real world driving, more power is produced throughout the rev range improving drivability and offering a broader power band to exploit the superb chassis dynamics of the Hyundai i30N.

Unlike other maps on the market for this vehicle, we have tried to dial the torque down at lower RPM as to not unsettle the Hyundai coming out of tighter corners and to avoid increasing the dreaded wheel hop which affects all i30N’s. What we have created is a stronger power delivery from 3000 RPM all the way up to the top of the rev range - it's beautifully linear for a turbocharged engine and transforms the Hyundai i30N into the hottest of hot hatches.

The service takes around 2 hour and we would need your vehicle at our Gloucester HQ. While your vehicle is in the workshop for ECU software, why not take advantage of our technicians and add some of Forge Motorsport's UK manufactured performance products to be installed at the same time.

For Stage 2 software you will need:
Exhaust system with sport/de cat
Uprated intercooler system
Uprated air filtration

For best results we recommend using 99 Octane fuel such as Shell V Power, Esso Synergy Supreme+, or Tesco Momentum, however, as we map to suit your car as it is presented on the day, we can also map for 97 Octane BP Ultimate at a slightly reduced power output.
