This item is required once PER WHEEL on which you have requested a custom offset. Please bear in mind, if you go for the 'lowest' offset possibly no charge will incur.
For example: ET20-40, if you request anywhere from ET21 to 40 it has to be custom machined and therefore adds the customisation charge.
