Number Plate Magnet Kit

We have used and rigorously tested our number plate magnet kits on our own fleet of cars for no less than 8 years.

Engineered with precision and quality in mind, our magnets are sourced directly from Germany and are not available in the UK for their size and strength. Every magnet is around the size of a 10p coin and will literally 'magnetize' through your hand or a table for example - your number plate will be very tight to your bumper/bootlid!

We supply our kits with adhesive backed velvet sheets to protect your bumpers paint. However, we still highly advise not to let any dirt/debris build up between the position of the magnet and the bumper.

We offer two product variants after popular demand:

Option 1: Regular Hidden Kit - For a seamless look upon plate removal

Unless you have a steel crash bar which sits close to the bumper or a metal bootlid if you're using this kit for your rear plate, you will have to add magnets to the inside of the bumper (enough supplied in the kit). On a lot of cars, you can do this removing the top bolts and pulling the bumper forward enough to attach these. 

Option 2: Screw In Kit - Simpler, quicker installation (click here)

This kit makes for a easier, quicker installation. It is very suitable if your car has standard number plate holes or someone has previously already 'self tappered' into the bumper. With this kit you do not have to smooth anything, you can simply use the magnets as a hole cover. Also very suitable for bootlids with standard tabs/threads/fixings where seamless might not even be the prettiest option.

Do not let the magnets pull themselves onto each other while unpackaging the product as due to the strength of these, they will pull together so quickly that there is a high risk of shattering. We advise you remove one by one when installing.

We recommend to use 1 kit per plate. However, if you have a metal bootlid or bumper you can magnetise direct to this not requiring the installation of 4 behind the panel you are wanting to mount to.
